Gas Block Tool
The GBT is made up of a starter punch, a 5/64” drill bit, and an assembly pin. The first step in installing your gas tube in your gas block should be to check the alignment of the assembly with the assembly pin. 80% of the time the hole in the gas block will not align with the gas tube. If this is the case the 5/64” drill bit should be used in a drill to cut the hole so the assembly pin can align the two parts. With the assembly pin keeping the parts aligned, the roll pin should be placed in the starter punch and the pin driven in just until it almost touches the gas block. The remainder of the pin is ready to be tapped in with a standard or roll pin punch until it is centered on both sides.
